Weekly activities for the duration of 06 January to 12 January 2023

Facilitation and monitoring of bi-Month Meetings:
Through this meeting, it will enhance the capacity and knowledge of UPLAC members and also increase awareness about their roles and responsibilities. They will review their last two-month activities and set the activity and strategy for the next two months. They will also discuss field-level situations, and problems, and overcome processes.

Facilitation and monitoring of bi-Month meetings of UPLAC:
Md. Abdul Gaffer Khan, Chairman, Subidpur Union, Nalchity, Jhalokathi 01711-585766Said That- We have already five completed five bi-Month Meetings. We discussed and learned many things. Now we have to work on our own initiative. All persons from Subidpur Union who have applied for legal services at the District Legal Aid Office should follow up on their progress. The field office of project PPJ will follow up and present the report in the next meeting.

Md. Habib Sikder, Farmer, 3 no ward, Amua Union, Kathalia. Jhalokathi, 01568-204786 said that- I learn in detail about the Government Legal aid service through this meeting. I have a dispute with my neighbor about a land issue. I have a suit in court. It’s a long-time process. I have spent many monies. I will go to DLAO for free legal aid services.
